All of our fencing surveys are certified by our in-house Licensed Cadstral Surveyor and follow the Cadastral Survey Act 2002 as well as the Rules for Cadastral Survey 2021.

We offer fixed priced rates with boundary identification surveys starting at $600 + GST.

Height in Relation to Boundary (HIRB), framing certificates, setback certificates and siting certificates are all common requirements imposed by local council for many land development and construction projects.
